Administrative Assistant PART-TIME

for Farmers Insurance in ORANGE, CA

Job Summary

Looking for a high-energy Administrative Assistant! We need a very motivated problem solver to join our team! We are the District Office looking to fill an Insurance Administrative Assistant position. The Administrative Assistant we are looking for to hire will help us to maximize positive customer experience by responding to their inquiries in a timely manner, proactively reaching out to maintain good relations with the Insurance agents and also help promote the agency's outreach to the community.

This is a Monday-Friday

Responsibilities and Duties

Administrative Assistant Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering busy phones, responding to emails, various customer service tasks
Keep records of Agent's reports
Process reports
Document follow-up and organizing office files and paperwork
Customer retention calls for the Insurance agency

Qualifications and Skills

Administrative Assistant Qualifications that we are looking for:
Must be computer savvy
Must be intermediate in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Must be able to navigate and learn other computer programs quickly
Strong analytical capability and conflict resolution skills
Ability to multi-task
Must be organized
Ability to work efficiently with team or on your own
Strong verbal (on phone and in person) and written (email and letters) communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14. 00 to $16. 00 /hour

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:
At least 1 years of office experience.
Must be computer savvy (Must know Microsoft Office. Must be able to navigate and
learn other computer programs quickly).
Must be able to type 50+ WPM.
Must either already hold a P&C and Life Insurance license or willing to take necessary
steps to get one, within 6 months
Must have basic math skills.
Strong analytical capability and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Must be organized.
Ability to work efficiently with team or alone
Strong verbal (on the phone and in person) and written communication skills (email and
letters).
Sales experience a plus.
Bilingual Spanish a plus.
