We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to bring our vision to the Corporate market, and to drive new revenue growth.
The role of Account Executive (AE) is an exciting opportunity to lead user adoption of RubyApps. The role involves representing RubyApps as the first point of contact for new prospects, with a focus on qualifying opportunities, evangelizing RubyApps, and expertly driving the sales cycle through to close.
AEs will also play a pivotal role in the growth of the company, as well as in ensuring alignment between our brand, our value proposition, and the challenges we are helping our customers to solve.
Successful AEs are able to work independently, multi-task, listen attentively, communicate orally and in written form effectively, understand complex technical matters, and be self-motivated to deliver results. Roles & Responsibilities
?Developing a prospect pipeline, hunting key outbound targets by telephone and email, qualifying inbound leads, linking prospect pain points to solutions provided through the RubyApps Suite of offerings
?Leverage the RubyApps sales process to drive prospects from qualification, proof of concept (evaluation), through to contract closure
?Accurately recording notes and tracking information in a CRM to ensure that communications are up-to-date, detailed, and thorough for future conversations and other team member insights
?Attending, and seeking opportunities to attend, networking and other relationship-growth functions
?5+ years of quota carrying software/technology sales with experience closing complex sale cycles
?Ability to close transactions >$150K ACV
?Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quota (top 20% of company)
?Experience selling to CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Marketing Technologists
