<meta charset="utf-8">InMotion Hosting is an industry leader specializing in web hosting and design. We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our California office based in El Segundo. 

 

As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the InMotion Executive Team and California office. We?re looking for a resourceful, energetic, and extremely organized new team member to join our LA office.

 

What You?ll Do:

  • Schedule and organize activities for the Executive Team such as meetings and travel
  • Serve as first point of contact to external callers, on-site visitors, customers as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization
  • Draft and design general correspondence and business documents, including proofreading, grammar, and layout
  • Assist the Finance Department with recording and reporting responsibilities
  • Oversee general office supply ordering, inventory management and employee relation events. Can include travel to such places as the post office, stores and ordering of scheduled and non-scheduled snack and catered orders
  • Serve as an extension of Human Resources, which may include assisting with interview scheduling for the Executive Team, distribution and completion of new hire paperwork and assisting with the planning and organization of site and/or company-wide events
  • Work both independently and part of teams on special, non-recurring, and ongoing projects

Ideal Candidates Have:

  • 1-3 years of previous experience working directly with executive team members
  • Personal vehicle and valid driver's license, all mileage is reimbursed
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite (Calendar, Drive, Docs, etc.)
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience organizing and executing corporate events
  • Professional and considerate demeanor with all levels of team members
