Research, read, write, review, repeat. As a Contract Administrator you?ll be involved in many aspects of contract management, from drafting contracts to processing the final documents, and everything in between. This may include working with prospective clients to review and negotiate contract details, working across teams to define scope, and ensuring compliance with various laws. And, since we know you?re passionate about your craft, we?ll look to you to help us continually improve and grow.

<h1 style="margin:12pt 0in 0.25in">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h1>

While you might get to work on just about anything at Geonetric, you?ll primarily:

  • Prepare and review statements of work, master service agreements, attachments, renewals, and other contracts
  • Guide prospects and clients through the contract process, including responding to requests, answering questions, and setting and managing expectations
  • Manage the contract process by tracking contract status and ensuring paperwork is completed, signed, and on time, shortening contract timelines when possible
  • Review proposals and contracts prepared by other team members for consistency and accuracy
  • Create, update, and maintain templates and standard language for proposals and contracts
  • Manage and update content and data in relevant systems, including CRM, quoting, and contract management systems
  • Ensure all contract information is accurate and aligns with marketing guidelines and product specifications
  • Ensure all contracts are legal, pulling in legal guidance as appropriate
  • Work with subject matter experts and sales and marketing teams to develop pricing, scope, and other contract guidelines
<h1 style="margin:12pt 0in 0.25in">Education and Experience</h1>
  • Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field required
  • 5+ years of previous related experience required
  • Knowledge of legal compliance preferred
<h1 style="margin:12pt 0in 0.25in">Professional Skills</h1>
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate to all stakeholders required
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of information and express them clearly in writing required
  • Excellent proofreading and grammatical skills required
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills required
  • Exceptional time management skills required
  • Strong follow-through required
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and software industries preferred
