Job Summary

Our Customer Care Team responds in a positive, energetic and proactive way to questions, requests and concerns that come from current and prospective members.

Daily responsibilities

  • Communicate with members via phone, email and chat.
  • Document communications.
  • Handle a queue of various order and subscription handling tasks.
  • Document emergent problems, ideas and trends around Second Nature products and services.
  • Advocate for members? needs with management.
  • Project/admin work as assigned.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Excellent, demonstrated customer handling skills
    • Kind and articulate
    • Sound the same on your 30<sup>th</sup> call of the day as on your 1<sup>st</sup>.
  • Retail or business customer experience required
  • 6+ months of contact center experience strongly preferred (more preferred)
    • Using CRM software such as ZenDesk or Salesforce.com
  • Ability to type 50 WPM
  • Good overall computer skills (Mac OS strongly preferred)
  • Startup mentality: self-starting, rapid learner, curious about the whole business
  • Comfortable with adapting to continuous growth
