The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all business development efforts across all businesses and providing strategic, executive-level support to the President, including:

  • Developing and executing business development strategy across the enterprise, seeking new business growth opportunities both domestically and internationally
  • Working closely with our senior leadership of the enterprise including forecasting, account planning, marketing initiatives, sales strategy development, and sales team planning
  •  Identify new business opportunities, lead the sales process, and close business
  • Demonstrate and maintain thought leadership on solutions for target companies and markets
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering team on solution demonstrations that specifically address prospects? needs and business challenges
  • Providing direction and oversight to business development resources
  • Lead the OGI team in preparation of high-quality proposals and RFP responses
  • Build and maintain an effective professional network to further build access to knowledge, leads, buyers, partners, etc.
  • Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with airlines and other key relationships
  • Meeting with customers regularly to strengthen enterprise relationships
  • Activating and growing strategic channel partnerships to drive incremental revenue
  • Negotiating contracts with airlines and other customers to create mutually beneficial agreements

  • 10+ years of business development experience including hunting and closing sales for SaaS solutions and Managed Service providers to senior executives in large, complex organizations
  • Ability to run a full sales lifecycle for a complex sale to enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record of developing effective partnerships across disparate groups, establishing credibility, and influencing senior leaders
  • Adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources to build brand awareness, assist in sales cycles, and close deals
  • Ability to understand objections and creatively overcome them turning sceptics into enthusiastic new customers
  • Experience managing key relationships in large Fortune 500 companies
  • Demonstrate curiosity, analytical, and collaboration capabilities
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue objectives
  • Ability to travel with occasional international travel
  • Bachelor?s Degree required, Master?s Degree preferred
