Superfly Media Experiences, LLC will be opening the sitcom-based experiential attraction ?FRIENDS Boston Pop-Up?. This attraction is scheduled to operate November 21<sup>st</sup>, 2019 through January 5<sup>th</sup>, 2020. Customer Service Representatives must be passionate, exhibit the core values of excellence, have a commitment to safety, and value fun in everything that they do. 

This is a temporary, project-based role (
November 12<sup>th</sup> ? January 5<sup>th</sup>)

 

What we're looking for:

 

Superfly is seeking Customer Service Team Members to help guide Guests through the experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can project a positive and welcoming image to visitors. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, selling tickets, organizing queues, taking photos, and answering questions.

 


Here?s what you?ll do:

 

  • Greet and welcome all Guests, providing direction to them
  • Assist Guests in queueing up for their time-based experience
  • Scan tickets and handle any technical difficulties or escalate to manager on duty
  • Sell tickets to guests in standby line
  • Answer questions about the experience
  • Staff photo locations throughout the experience to assist Guests in taking photos
  • Staff docent positions to share fun facts and trivia about the exhibit
  • Direct Guests through the exhibit and maintain traffic flow and line control
  • Answer questions about the experience
  • Engage Guests in conversations about FRIENDS and help build excitement for the experience
  • Maintain cleanliness of the area

  • Reliable, energetic team player with a positive attitude
  • Able to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays


Your experience:

 

  • High school diploma (or its equivalency), some college is preferred (current students welcome to apply)
  • Previous customer service and/or cash handling experience
  • Experience using a ticketing system preferred but not required
  • Previous public speaking preferred
