How You?ll Make an Impact:
In this role as an Inside Sales Agent you will support our customers by cultivating their desire to get fast, safe and natural pain relief. You'll strive toward creating delighted customers by building proactive relationships with existing customers and increase sales of complementary products by up-selling and cross-selling.
What You?ll Do: <meta charset="utf-8">
Make 100-125 daily calls to current customers.
Educate customers regarding new product offerings, and by accurately describing features, contents and uses of products and pricing alternatives.
Grow monthly autoship programs.
Provide tailored responses that match the caller's expectations and demonstrate a sense of urgency for their request.
Builds strong rapport by utilizing interpersonal skills, asking clarifying questions and anticipating needs.
Document all customer interactions in the appropriate databases by recording highly detailed and relevant notes for each account.
Notifies manager of trends or concerns.
Looks for opportunities to share customer success stories with leadership.
Participate in ongoing coaching and feedback to support the development of new skills, recognition of achievement, and suggestions for performance improvement.
This is a full time, remote work at home opportunity.
Key experience that drives success in this role:
- <meta charset="utf-8">1 year or more inside sales or field sales experience.
High School Diploma or GED.
Comfortable making warm calls and talking to people all day.
Strong organizational and communication skills; eager to expand the company with new sales strategies.
High energy professional who will demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for HBI products.
A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise .
