SproutLoud is a Software plus Services platform that services the local marketing needs of large organizations. Called Through-Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA), we help our clients manage their brands and distribute their marketing resources locally - through sales channels, franchisees, chain-retail locations, dealer networks, value-added reseller (VAR) programs, and field employees/offices - with a comprehensive distributed marketing solution. <meta charset="utf-8">The role is a crucial part of the SproutLoud Business Development Department and will be responsible for all outbound sales campaigns to set discovery and demo appointments with key influencers and decision makers in target accounts. The primary role is to as as a sales researcher/evangelist and appointment setter. This individual is responsible for identifying, connecting with and engaging individuals within SproutLoud?s targeted account lists and influencers in the Channel Marketing space. This goal is accomplished by utilizing various tools such as; LinkedIn, Twitter, Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach.io and other tools or social channels to follow, comment and distribute content. This person will monitor all buying signals at the targeted accounts and new prospects they develop.
Own and execute Sproutloud?s sales outreach and lead generation program and process Increase total number Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and ensure successful handoffs
Evaluate all conversions on the website to determine if they meet MQL criteria; sync MQLs in Salesforce and ensure data is correctly entered
Review MQLs with Business Development and Marketing teams to ensure quality and course-correct sales strategy
Use ZoomInfo (our current data tool) to identify marketing personnel from targeted account list as well as any new prospects that need targeted expansion of buyer group
Actively engage with identified and targeted connections by following, liking and commenting on their posts
Maintain tracking on status of each targeted connection and deliver content according to their position in the customer journey of awareness, consideration and decision
Move connections through a systematic funnel process of engagement and content delivery toward the goal of having a sales call or demonstration
Develop and deliver bi-weekly reporting on progress
Develop quarterly operations review materials for Senior Leadership to evaluate the effectiveness of all programs
Contribute consistent feedback to Marketing team on hot topics, trends and popular conversations which can contribute to the content architecture
Qualifications and Skills
At least 1 year of experience in prospecting related hunting activities for net new accounts, with demonstrated ability to work around gatekeepers using multi-channel communications. 2 to 3 years experience a plus.
Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and how to leverage it to identify targets.
Experience in Salesforce, Pardot, or any other CRM or Marketing Automation software a plus. Experience in Account Based Marketing (ABM) software a plus.
High attention to detail and ability to research, plan and document activities persuasively.
Strong communication and organization skills to maintain clear progress in highly complex engagement process.
Strong work ethic, showing high curiosity, hunger to succeed and commitment to ongoing feedback.
