Job Description:

The Senior/Lead Customer Service Representative will be a senior member of a team for providing customer and member support and follow-up.  This person will be focused on handling inbound calls and emails relating to customer support and member relations matters.  We are seeking someone who is articulate, courteous, professional and conducts themselves with strong, honest values.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists customers via phone and email in a courteous and efficient manner while responding to customer inquiries regarding member benefits, website, and membership questions
  • Follows up with customers via phone refunds, regarding payment issues and membership renewals
  • Attracts potential customers by answering membership questions and explaining membership benefits
  • Expands our self-service customer knowledge base of FAQs based on customer interactions
  • Makes necessary courtesy calls and follow up calls on customer and member issues. Coordinates with all other departments to ensure a smooth response to customer and member requests
  • Involves both hands-on customer support activities as well as responsibilities to build and mentor team members

Requirements:

  • 2 years Customer Support Center senior-level or lead experience, including phones, emails and chat
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in several computer applications while holding a conversation with a customer 
  • Ability to prioritize work, handle details accurately and follows-up
  • Experience with customer support tools; ZenDesk preferred
  • Minimum education of a High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Must be located in Las Vegas, NV
