We are seeking smart, motivated Full Time Sales Associate to work within our growing team in our Atlanta, Georgia office. The Sales Associate plays a critical role in growing our business. This is an entry level sales position focused on lead generation and a training ground/stepping stone to becoming a Sales Representative. KPIs are lead generation focused.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure working a current account list in line with assigned territory goals
  • Complete 50-60 calls per day
  • Strategically utilize tools such as emails, social networking, and other networking to build and manage lead development pipeline
  • Research assigned territory accounts to identify needs, decision makers, and affiliated practices 
  • Aggressively and systematically move prospects into sales funnel
  • Identify and create qualified prospects primarily through extensive phone prospecting and lead follow up
  • Drive the beginning of the sales process by setting up demos and discovery calls with prospects/leads
  • Perform support tasks for sales team members to support sales process, e.g. ...
  • Document all sales activity in CRM including contacts, opportunities, etc.
  • Attain healthcare IT product and industry knowledge
  • Effectively collaborate with peers to enhance team effectiveness
  • Provide superior client service and responsiveness
  • Gain full understanding of the Azalea Health sales process and skill sets needed to become Sales Representative
  • Successfully obtain product demonstration certification
  • Represent the company in an exemplary manner in all client and prospect interactions
  • Support, organize, deploy and follow up on marketing activities such as round tables , email campaigns, trade show activities, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Zero to three years at a Business-to-Business organization in an Inside Sales Development or Inside Sales role ? recent graduates welcome
  • Excellent customer-facing skills using written or verbal communication
  • Experience in utilizing and managing sales tools and data
  • Time management skills critical
  • Results driven and able to work through rejection
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
  • Knowledge of Healthcare IT and medical billing preferred but not required
  • BA/BS degree is required
